SOUTHBOROUGH POLICE DEPARTMENT FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER

The Southborough Police Department is accepting applications to fill an open Full-time Police Officer position.

We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, self-disciplined, and possess a strong interest in the community policing philosophy. 

 

Minimum requirements:

  • U.S. citizen
  • at least 21 years of age
  • High School graduate (college degree in criminal justice or related field preferred)
  • possess a valid Driver’s License & LTC
  • must be able to receive and maintain certification by the Massachusetts P.O.S.T. commission.

 

Process

Candidates will be required to successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation, medical examination, and psychological exam. The Town of Southborough provides generous health and wellness benefits package with deferred compensation programs available.
