Position: Full-time Police Officer
Salary: Commensurate with Training & Experience - 7 Steps to top pay of $107,899.59
Applicant Qualifications:
- Citizen of the United States.
- Resident of New Jersey with a valid NJ driver’s license.
- Literate and fluent in English.
- Between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of official application filing.
- High school diploma, or a high school equivalency completion certificate.
- Absent of criminal record.
- The Haddon Township Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Entry Level Police Officer. No experience necessary, but preference may be given to NJ PTC Certified applicants. Correction Officers and Class II are waiverable however are required to undergo the Pre-Academy Standards and PT Test.
Applicants must also:
- Meet the physical & psychological standards as determined by an appointed authority.
- Pass an extensive background investigation, oral board interview and drug testing.
