Police Officer

1 Full Time position available

REQUIREMENTS:

• NJ PTC certified Full Time Law Enforcement Officer or NJ PTC certified Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer

The following are the minimum qualifications required for anyone interested in applying for the position of Police Officer in Far Hills Borough:

• The ideal candidate must be a resident of NJ during the term of appointment.
• The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and speak the English language and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• The ideal candidate must have a valid unrestricted New Jersey Driver’s License.
• The ideal candidate must be able to pass a background investigation, psychological examination, and drug screen.
• The ideal candidate must be of good moral character and never convicted of a crime or of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
• The ideal candidate must be of sound body and in good health.
