POLICE OFFICER-ENTRY LEVEL 

The Town of Plainville is accepting applications for Certified and Entry Level Police Officer position. Applications will be accepted on-line through PoliceApp.com. A score of at least a 75% on the CPCA written test is required to be considered for oral interviews. 

REQUIREMENTS

 A High School Diploma or GED is required. Applicants must be 21 years old to attend the Municipal Police Academy.

 An applicant will be required to present a valid Physical Ability Assessment or CHIP CARD prior to appointment. For information on obtaining a CHIP CARD please click HERE.

The starting salary for Police Officer is $68,996 with an ending range of $96,205 after three years.
